- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Thumbtack only does prices per window, I figure prices per floor. 1-story starts at $275 2-story starts at $400. Above 2-story I would provide a custom quote. For exterior wall cleaning we quote based on approximate square footage of the walls. This will be a custom quote. For roof cleaning, we quote based on square footage. All quotes include labor and supplies. If travel is over 60 miles, we factor in $0.75/mi to cover fuel.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know my customers. Cleaning a home or business can be personal as it is the customers biggest investment and they want to make sure that it is taken care of. I like to make sure the customer feels comfortable with me and establish an amount of trust that the job will be done correctly and respect will be paid to the customers property. Most quotes can be done via email or phone, some may require an in-person quote. In-person quotes can likely be done that same day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20 years in aviation 2 years specifically drone work and 1 year cleaning. Training has been ongoing learning about chemicals and processes to get the best results. I am a firm believer that learning never stops.
