The space that was cleaned was cleaned very well, but one of the bedrooms, which was completely empty, wasn't even vacuumed. I have a doormat sitting on the carpet just inside the entry door from the garage - rather than picking it up to vacuum they vacuumed around the mat; disappointed with that lack of effort.
Otherwise whe was very reliable and seemingly trustworthy.
