FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies by project scope, size, and materials. We provide free, no-obligation estimates upfront so there are no surprises. As a thank-you, we're currently offering a $25 discount for customers who leave us an honest 5-star Google review.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free on-site or virtual consultation to understand your vision and needs. From there, we provide a detailed estimate with transparent pricing. Once approved, we schedule the work, keep you updated throughout, and do a final walkthrough to make sure you're 100% satisfied before we call it done.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has over 12 years of hands-on experience in residential and commercial construction — decks, fencing, pergolas, and outdoor living structures. We're licensed and insured, and stay current on local building codes to keep every project safe and built to last.
