I hired them to remove an old couch and 2 sofa chairs. The job went well without any issues. Price for the services they offer can't be beat. I have recommended them to family members and would hire them again if needed.

Very friendly and professional company. I hired them to hauled out some old furniture: bedding (frames/mattresses/boxsprings/chest, sofa/love seat. I didn't have to leave it outside on the curb. They came in the house and carried it all out to the truck. Completed the job and on their way in less than 30 minutes. Will use again!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our standard price for Junk/Construction Debris Removal: Junk/Construction Debris Removal: $75-$125 per pickup truck load up to 900lbs. $75 for each load after that. If a box truck is needed prices will be adjusted accordingly.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First impressions are very critical so we try our best to put our customers at ease by assuring them we are going to do everything we can to help them accomplish the task at hand as well as trying to stay within their budget.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Don't be afraid to ask questions. No matter what the question may be, there are no "stupid" questions. When you speak with a representative on the phone, make sure they are courteous and that they truly seem interested in what you are saying. If you are not their main focus during your phone call then, chances are, the job you hire them for won't be either.
