- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are always fair on our pricing. We are not always the cheapest, but we are never the most expensive. You can always shop around. We will match any licensed company’s price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we first speak with clients the first thing we ask is why they are deciding to look in to security. Once we find the problem, only then can we offer solutions. After making recommendations, we then sit down and go over pricing. The customer and company enter in to a contract, payment is received and the work is completed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are constantly training. We have monthly technology training to discuss jobs, problems techs have run in to and the way they solved them and look at any newly released technology. We all obtain at least 12 hours of professional CEU credits per year as well.
