What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our shop rate is $75/hr, however, we do quote all repairs before doing them. This gives the customer an accurate idea of the total cost.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We do many hours of training every quarter. We continually train our people from the manufacturers and special technical training that the other shops just don't do.

There are many shops and techs that "fix" computers. They have tinkered with them at home, then call themselves a tech. Our people are college and manufacturer trained. Many have certifications ranging from Microsoft to Cisco and beyond.
