- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would set up a convenient time to meet and discuss rhe clients needs. During this time I like to make note of any specific requests. My rates are by the hour, and I am happy to discuss a schedule for regular repeat services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been "pro" cleaner, so to speak, almost my entire life. When I was in grade school accompanying my mom to her clients homes and even had my own designated cleaning responsibilities at each one.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My mom brought me along to her own clients when I was quite young. She showed me the pro way and I got to know the routine having my own areas to be responsible for at each clients home. So you could say doing this work the pro way is definitely second nature to me.
