Rick is amazing! I have done many remodels and I have flipped many homes over the years. I’m a real estate broker and I’m always looking for contractors that I can rely on and trust. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our goals during your consultation is to see your home first hand and start the conceptual process as well as understanding your vision, and your budget. If a design consultation is needed, there will be a fee that varies depending on the size and scope of the project. In the design consultation we will discuss the scope of your project, your style preferences, and assess how you live in your home. We will then provide you with an estimate within a week along with a start date. Once you agree to work with us, the real fun begins!
