FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every project gets a detailed written estimate, organized by trade so you can see exactly what you're paying for. We don't give you a vague lump sum. Most residential projects follow a 50% deposit, 40% progress payment, and 10% final payment after the walkthrough. If the scope changes, you approve a written change order before any extra work starts, so the final bill holds no surprises. We're not the cheapest contractor in the market and we don't try to be. You're paying for clear communication, quality work, and a project that's documented from start to finish. Average mid-grade bathroom remodels run $20K–$40K. Luxury high-end bathrooms run $50K–$100K.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Consultation: We visit, listen to what you want, take measurements and photos, and talk through budget and timeline. Written estimate: A detailed, trade-by-trade proposal you can understand. Contract and planning: We lock in scope, selections, schedule, and payment terms in writing. Construction: Your project manager runs the job, inspects work at every stage, and sends you updates before you have to ask. Everything is photo-documented. Walkthrough and closeout: We walk the finished project with you and handle any punch list items before the final payment. We call ourselves a customer service company first and a construction company second. You should never have to chase us for an update.
