FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I purchase architectural shingles in bulk to provide lower priced roof installation for many general contractors, spec home builders, and home flippers. Many of my regular clients have concerns about the current economy and are scaling back this year. Because of this, I am now offering our product to Triangle homeowner's who are searching for a quality roof replacement at the lowest possible price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My clients typically send me their building plans, or the address if it is an existing home. I then obtain roof measurements and prepare a proposal to replace the roof. I typically prepare our proposals without visiting the property so I may ask you to provide some exterior photos of the property.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I owned a civil engineering firm for many years and spent most of my professional career involved in the various aspects of land development. I discovered the world of storm damage repair after I retired and have since supervised the installation or replacement of more than 500 asphalt shingle roofs in the greater Triangle area.
