- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices are uniform for all customers. They are the accurate reflection of the quality of service we offer. We leave "no stone unturned" as we strive for 100% satisfaction. No less.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
There is a brief interview to understand the nature of the problem. We are trained to read much further than hte information supplied as much of our work could be considered "detective" work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are university trained and have attended numerous conferences and workshops.
