- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices include all stain, materials, and labor!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are happy to meet onsite to provide a free estimate or sometimes we can price based on photos and measurements along with some questions. Our crew likes to get started at 8am. We spend the whole first day washing to prepare the wood for stain. After letting the deck or fence dry for a day, we will return to apply our stain.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
When possible, we prefer to use our oil-based penetrating stain. This will never chip or crack and simply fades over years. It also does not trap moisture in the wood which helps prevent rotting in the future.
