Hi Jessica! I hope you’re having a wonderful day and that everything is going smoothly with your pregnancy. I wanted to clarify something about our time your baby shower. You had booked our services from 3 to 4 PM, and I arrived early at 2:30 pm (non pay time) to start capturing the decor and details. However, you arrived around 3:25 PM 45 minutes late which gave me about 45 minutes to take the 150 images we discussed. Once you arrived, everyone began eating, which I Dont think people would want me to take photos of them with their mouth open. That took another 30 minutes. I approached you to suggest we get some group and family photos to make the most of our time. I actually stayed an extra 15 minutes to get as many photos as I could. Unfortunately, there weren’t any games or speeches during that time, which limited my opportunities for more photos. 3 starts review really hurts my business and I think is unfair. I will add your gallery to the review you posted so everyone can see it for them self. I want to assure you that all my images have been edited for quality.
