Most of a good paint job is what happens before the first coat. Caulking, sanding, patching, priming. That’s the part that decides whether it still looks right in five years, and it’s the part most people skip when they’re trying to be the cheap bid. I do interiors, exteriors, cabinets, and wood rot repair around Apex, Cary, Holly Springs, and Raleigh. If there’s rot under your trim, I’ll show you before I paint over it. You’ll know when we’re showing up and what’s getting done. When it’s done we walk it together, and anything you point out gets fixed before I ask for the final payment
