- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Despite the recent trend of congractors increasing their pricing year after year, I strive to complete every job for the lowest price as I want to leave a happy customer that will feel comfortable calling me for all their service needs, knowing they will not be taken advantage of.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a degreed engineer with nearly 20 yrs of work experience as well as over 15 years of maintenance, repair and renovation experience that began with my first home purchase in 2005.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I began by managing rental properties that I held onto after getting married. Then I began renovations which led to being asked by others to help with their renovations and repairs. On and on...l
