We hired Kent to hang 2 swinging rattan chairs on our front porch. We initially thought we could manage this ourselves, but could not locate a cross beam to securely hang them. The first contractor we called on proposed removing the ceiling and provided an exorbitant quote. Upon contacting Kent, he quickly explained where he suspected the beam would be and was able to inspect under the wainscoting to confirm the correct location without impacting the porch ceiling. His knowledge turned this possibly complicated situation into a streamlined project. In addition to his industry knowledge, Kent brings a level of professionalism and is very meticulous with his craft. We have several additional projects on our list and look forward to having Kent complete them for us.
