I had a wonderful experience with Denis working on my rental property mold remediation and restoration. Denis is very kind and professional, helped me understanding of the whole process and calming down my anxiety. The communication is super smooth and the price is very fair which saved me 10K compared with other professionals. Denis has a lot of professional skills not only in mold processes, also in all kinds of housing stuff. He also gave us guidance on window fixes and repaired the toilet. Contacted Denis through Thumbtack to fix a mold issue in my house. Denis responded quickly and was at my house a few days later to do a free estimate. He sent the estimate very quickly and he was starting the work a few days later. The work was done very quickly and looks amazing. He was very easy to work with as well as very professional.

Denis is an absolute pleasure to work with and I highly recommend him. We had a leak above our furnace that caused mold damage. He gave an expert analysis and plan to remove the mold, as well as fix the root cause of the issue to prevent leaks and damage in the future.

We had three contractors come assess our situation, and the other two gave assessments that required lots of unnecessary extra work that quickly made the project quite expensive. Denis gave us an honest assessment of work that needed to be done and what was unnecessary. He was done with the project in 5 days (two days earlier than anticipated) and save us at least $12K. He is a pleasure to work with, the quality of his work is exceptional and I hope to hire him for other projects at our home in the future.

My house suffered extensive water damage and mold from internal flood. Insurance hired a restoration company on my behalf but it did as little as possible to the benefit of insurance company. Not happy with drag out and incomplete tear out works, I hired Professional House Repair Restoration company to complete the tear out and mold remediation works. Denis, the job PM, was on time with the appointment, very knowledgeable, patiently listened to all my concerns. Denis not only answered all my questions but offers relevant tips and ideas on prevention. He explained in details what will be done, how it will be done and why. Then he and his team just did them. Their works were very thorough and well done. I am very happy with the results. Denis was very professional throughout (from estimate visit to post-work-walk-through inspection and reports. There were several small additional work I requested, and Denis promptly took care of them. Denis even spent extra time to prepare separate itemized detail invoice for me to submit to insurance company for reclaim. The reports that Denis prepared is excellent. It has before & after photos with details on what were done. I feel very comfortable of the house readiness for follow-on reparation works after Denis and team completed the works. I highly recommend PHRR for restoration and mold remediation works

I have used them for 2 projects and both have been outstanding. Denis does the work, and is extremely well trained and knowledgeable in mold remediation and construction. He did a very thorough and honest inspection and appraisal, fixed the plumbing leak, deconstructed and got rid of the mold, and reconstructed everything. All done very well, and at a very fair price. Other mold remediation companies I spoke with charge to do the inspection and mold remediation but you have to hire a plumber to first fix the water leak, and then a contractor to put everything back together. Thus 3 sources and 3 bills all adding up to much more for the same job. Plus Denis does great work and knows and delivers quality. I will always call PHRR for mold remediation work! They are fantastic to work with and do a fabulous job at a reasonable price!
