I had some mold growing in the attic. Walt came out within a couple days of me calling, inspected the mold issue, and provided a quote on the spot. A couple of days later Walt's team showed up, sprayed the attic (with preventative stuff, as well) and took care of the problem. Good experience overall.

This company is exactly what they say they are. Good, clean, honest, hard working professionals who want to do right in the world. We never felt pressured. The proposal and work were done timely. Walt was there to answer questions before, during, and after the work was complete. We had peace of mind working with Raleigh Mold and you can't put a price on that!! We found a few bubbles on our wall in our kitchen in the townhome we recently purchased. It turned out to be the previous owners put a nail in the wall that poked a hole in the water pipe. Our home warranty covered the leak, but the leak had caused mold on the inside of our kitchen drywall and the home warranty did not cover that. Mold is my worst nightmare. I called Walt and he was able to come out the same day and give a price quote (very reasonable). He sent out Greg the next day to fix it. Walt and Greg were great to work with. They were both pleasant, honest, and did the job right. While Greg was fixing the mold I started panicking that there was mold in another place in our townhome because of a roof leak. I called Walt and he asked a few questions about it and let me know over the phone I didn't have to worry about that spot until I saw these other warning signs. This company really saved us, thank you so much!

We do all types of mold remeditaion. Crawl spaces Interior mold and water damage.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Check and make sure they are certified. Do not hire someone that says bleach will do the job. It will just make the mold go dormant. When your get moisture again the mold will grow.
