- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on current industry rates as well as being competitive. We offer discounts to senior citizens as well as veterans.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We make sure we have always have an open line of communication with the customer. Once they know they can get a hold of us at any time and feel comfortable with us it gives them the peace of mind through the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have many different certifications in the home restoration industry. I have been doing this for almost two decades now and feel full confident with anything I take on.
