- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No - there is not a standard system because every clients requirements are unique. Our billable assets are time and experience - we cannot duplicate either. Therefore, we look at each opportunity on an individual basis. In so doing, both we and our client are able to determine the value of the work and arrive at the appropriate pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always start with a telephone interview. There is no charge for this discussion. In this way, we are able to get to know the client a little better - learn their needs and requirements - finally determine whether our capabilities are a match for them!
