I hired Misael of IBR LLC to do interior and exterior painting jobs for me, and I was very satisfied with the results. Misael quoted the jobs promptly, offered reasonable prices, scheduled according to my needs, and executed the work in a professional manner. I would feel quite confident hiring him to do a remodeling job, as he takes pride in his and his crew's work and, again, quotes reasonable prices. One additional talent is his capacity to do an attractive sponged finish on walls. He transformed a blah sleep alcove comprised of three 11'-high, windowless walls into a soft, welcoming space by sponging over the underlying solid, flat color with a 75% (close to original) satin version of the same paint. Everyone who has seen it has been very appreciative of the warm new ambiance that Misael created.
