Kenny did a great job. Even though it was only leaf cleanup he showed up on time and got right to it. He even hauled away my Christmas tree. I'll definitely use Henson's Lawn Care again.

Well, it's April 1st and Kenny Henson has still not finished the agreed upon project at my house that he started January 13th. The work is sub par, and ineffective. He was paid $2700 for drainage work on my lawn and it is as soupy as it was before he came. He was originally hired to "fix" my leaking fish pond that he assured us he could do, and he failed miserably at that too. He keeps promising to return and finish and he doesn't, maybe because he was paid too early and he took the money and ran. Really disgusting and shameful. I've never been this fed up with anyone before. It reflects badly on Thumbtack as well.

Henson lawn care was called to look at the pond it was a concrete pond and had cracks running in it , told the owners they needed to put a liner in it and they did not like that idea , I called other pond company's in the area to look at as well all the other company suggested to take out and redo in the right way . I ended up putting on a water putty that customers bought and was told many times it would not work . it was also freezing and no pond heaters in as well ,the yard they was getting water on the back porch and we suggested that we could put a drain on both sides to stop was on the porch and after 2 days they called and had us look again told the customer that it would not stop water in yard just off the porch they said that it was fine since they live in the bottom of the hill they was worried more about the foundation getting water in it not the yard cause off all the rain and springs in yard as well after many times of discussing this I paid back all unused money had them sign a statement that said everything I have listed here bottom line we paid back all money that the Customer agreed on

We just came to the end of our 2nd season for maintaining the grounds at the beautiful Pisgah View Ranch located in Candler NC.
