- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer free estimates when the customer provides a clear description of the job along with legible photos. If a site visit is needed, there is a small fee 100$, which will be reimbursed if the service is hired. Our prices are competitive with no hidden fees, and we offer discounts for monthly or recurring services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The customer sends a detailed description of the job along with photos. If that information is enough, we provide a free estimate. If a site visit is required, we schedule one with a small fee, which is reimbursed if the service is contracted. Once the estimate is approved, we confirm the date and complete the work professionally and on time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an Agronomist Engineer in my home country and have validated my degree in the U.S. at a technical level. I have strong knowledge in soil management, plant care, garden design, pruning, and landscape maintenance, which helps me deliver high-quality and long-lasting results.
