Our repair/ maintenance guy was on time. In fact he call to let us know his arrival time. He collected all the pertinent information about our problem and went to work. He went through our washer and touched every area that might be the cause. He only had to make a few adjusts and was confident we would no longer have the problem. He was a very nice guy with a great professional work ethic and we will call him with all our appliance needs. Tom

It turns out my refrigerator had a plugged freezer drain and it had been leaking tiny amounts for a long time, before it REALLY leaked a lot. The small leak has damaged our wood floors around the fridge, although most people wouldn’t notice it. But I do. The gentlemen from Flow unplugged it and cleaned it out thoroughly with a special brush, then took off a back panel and cleaned/vacuumed underneath my fridge very well. That fixed it and I have no more leaks, plus they showed me how to vacuum under the fridge myself every 6 months (we have pets therefore lots of fur). My fridge is working much better too. I had to turn the temperature setting up on both the freezer and refrigerator.
