They were responsive in getting an appointment set up quickly. However, they were over an hour late and didn’t have the parts needed to finish the job. The part I had was too large, so I had to buy another size as was suggested. The person helping me with the part said it was the wrong size & sold me the correct one. I was told I can do it myself, but when I did, there was a gas leak that caused a small explosion in the fireplace where fire was also coming out of the hose. I contacted them again about needing a professional to fix the issue and was told to make it tighter & apply soapy water to determine the leak. When getting clarification that the hose was safe to reuse & reiterating that I wasn’t comfortable with trying to fix it myself again, I got ghosted. Luckily, I have good friends & found that one of my electrician friends can help me get it fixed up. So I paid Flo to repair the issue, but only got troubleshooting. I can say, when asked about compensation for the late appt since I had taken time off work & missed over 1.5hrs leaving me with unpaid time, they deducted 30$ off the asking. But, the original asking for a service fee still shows 80$ when contacting them, yet I was quoted 150$. So, long story short, I paid 130$ + 4.50 cc fee to only troubleshoot the system, lost work time, almost blowing myself up (got my head out in time—no, I’m not exaggerating), & getting ghosted.
