All started as a hobby, back when computers started to be a product for consumers. One thing lead to another and I was repairing them and learning the A to Z on operating systems, peripherals, networking them, then telecom training was key to my skills with more complex networks and here we are today, in a wireless world and the Internet of everything upon us.

- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Our most concern is to get customers to be back in shape as soon as possible. My intention is always get the customer going on what they were doing when the event took place, it is priority number one, to bring a solving solution in the least amount of time. In the other hand, I want customers to feel they get what they pay and that we always act with professionalism. This is not a simple task, anyone can perform, it takes years of experience and dedication to learn our trade. I always expect to give the respect anyone deserves as a human being and in retrospective I have always receive respect in return. Not that we expect being in paradise, but a high level of people using our services are kind, educated and respectful to themselves and to others as it should be always.
