- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My hourly rate is variable depending on location. Ranges from $65-80 and I do offer a daily rate special based off the hourly that saves some money if you have enough projects to hire me for a day. Neither of these rates covers the cost of materials. Depending on the job type I also sometimes will price things out as total cost instead of hourly or daily rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is to ascertain what your goals are. Ask questions about what exactly you envision, or need. Send an estimate (which may differ from the actual invoice because of unforeseen factors). And get you scheduled as soon as HHS can.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a WV journeyman electrician's license for almost 10 years. I have an A.S in electromechanical tech with a green energy minor. I was an electrician and general tradesperson in the Army for 7 years. Learned how to do carpentry, concrete, electrical, plumbing, and other handy skills.
