As I searched for holistic alternatives to heal my own physical pain, I discovered energy healing tools like Reiki, yoga therapy, crystal healing, tuning forks, plants, food and more. I realized that all work together as a complete system to nourish my body, mind and soul.
In 2019, I started practicing professionally as an Energy Therapist—sharing all of the tools that continue to help me heal and grow. I’m grateful for my team of support, both on this Earth and beyond, that helps me focus inward, find joy in life and keep it real.

I had heard of Reiki and the positive changes it could make for years but I never considered doing it for myself. I come from a place/past of severe trauma and through years of therapy that provided me with tools to help with my C-PTSD diagnosis but as part of the "tools that help" one therapist recommended Reiki. I decided it was time to try it. If Reiki is something you are looking for to add to your treatment plan as well, then do yourself the favor and go to Danielle. She is a true master of Reiki and helping you find centering, focus and calm. She is professional, honest, caring and does not take advantage. If she can help you she will let you know. She sets up a realistic time frame and DOES NOT manipulate the treatment into more sessions then neccessary. Also, you leave with tools that you can do yourself to help you remain centered, focused and calm. She is WONDERFUL!

Danielle Mai is such a humble and caring person. She has gotten me in touch with myself again and has allowed me to start living my life again being more aware. I reccomend Danielle Mae for anyone that has imbalanced chakras and help need a balance. Moreover, Danielle follows up the next day and also provides a genuine feed back on your inbalances.

Danielle is amazingly gifted. I came to her for help with emotional blockages. I love how she uses crystals to gain insight. The appointment started with a chat about my intention for the session. Then she asked me to pull a crystal from the crystal bowl that called to me and from there she was able to determine if I needed anything else to support me while I was received Reiki. For this session, it was an essential oil called arborvitae. She uses quality pure essential oils so I was not worried about inhaling any additives or perfumes that I am allergic to.
The session was amazing. I am not new to Reiki but a session with Danielle made me feel more held and supported as I allowed the Reiki to work in me. She also applied crystals on me to help balance my chakras allowing the energy to flow more smoothly. The combination of using crystals, Reiki, and essential oils made my experience richer and I was able to go deeper. As we came to a close we chatted about the intuitive messages she received and they were spot on. I left the session feeling lighter, more joyful and I had clarity about my emotional blockage which is what I needed to heal.
I have also had Danielle give Reiki to my dog, Roscoe, in person to help calm him. Roscoe is a screamer when he is in the car but on the ride home after seeing Danielle, he was much more calmer during the car ride.

Danielle is such an amazing healer and I highly recommend her to anyone on their spiritual journey. Her warmth and intuitive nature make for an amazing experience, regardless of what service you’re getting. I found her website after a little bit of searching, but had no connection with her prior to our session. I trusted my gut with her and it definitely paid off! She was very communicative, kind and knowledgeable. Another thing I appreciate about her is her clear boundaries as a healer. She won’t perform services without your consent and keeps you informed throughout the session. I never felt judged for asking questions, and was able to leave our sessions with more knowledge than when I came.
I received a distance Reiki attunement from her for level 1 & 2 reiki. I had taken an online course elsewhere, but wanted to source my own Reiki Master for the attunement. She did such an amazing job, and I’m planning on taking her Reiki master class this fall. She made herself available for questions after our session, and we still stay in touch when any questions or concerns have come up since then.
I can’t recommend her enough! Regardless of where you are on your spiritual journey, Danielle is a safe space and amazing energy worker to help you on your path.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before your treatment, I will ask you why you are seeking treatment, how you’re feeling currently, and how you’d like to feel in the future. I'll also ask you to think of an intention for the session. Your intention is who you want to be in the moment, versus a goal, which is what you want to do in the future. Your intention can be kept to yourself or shared. This intention creates a spark of energy that releases out into the Universe to help manifest in reality.
During your treatment, I will place my hands on or above your main chakras or energy centers of your body. My intuition and my pendulum will guide me to areas of your body that may be imbalanced, so that they can be cleared. My goal is to raise the vibration in your energy field in and around your body to stimulate energy around the block to gently allow it to release. Then, energy can flow freely to better support your body. You will remain clothed.

I am a certified Reiki Master trained in both the Western and traditional Japanese Reiki lineage. I'm also a certified Health & Wellness Coach.
