Wonderful is the best way to describe Emily and her work! She is neat as a pin and basically unstoppable when she starts cleaning! Her partner joined her halfway through our first cleaning and they did a very detailed job. They were friendly and professional, completing the job in a timely manner and at an affordable price- I won't hesitate to hire them again.

Emily was great and affordable. She did a great job and will be back. She spent four hours on my first clean and didn't get to everything but she asked me before she added more time and expense. She is very detailed which is appreciated.

Emily and her team were prompt, courteous and did a fantastic job deep cleaning our home. As a busy mom, I can't tell you how wonderful it is to come home to a clean home that I didn't have to clean myself! Every corner swept, every cobweb cleared- and the house smells amazing! Great experience so far- we have another cleaning scheduled and I plan to have them back on a regular basis.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We base our rates on the job and how long the project takes to complete. After developing a relationship with our clients we often agree upon a flat rate for each cleaning.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet our clients face-to-face first and take a look at the project before being hired. Once both parties feel comfortable, we schedule the time to complete the necessary work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an excellent track record with my current clients as well as professional training from working at several luxury inns. I also have a college degree in business and I love working with my clients and my small, but tight-knit cleaning team.
