Asking anyone to clean your personal spaces stirs up anxiety! Hanna was personable and sweet from very beginning. she asked some brief questions about my preferences and goals. Made me feel very at ease. The cleaning was thorough, and she sent pictures to make sure certain areas were tidied up to my liking. Even took my dog outside! Lol you can tell she cares. Five stars!
