Once we are satisfied with the color, we systematically move on to the next objective in spacial design, or renovations. As the project manager with a competent team of subcontractors, your renovation will be on track, accurate and developed with the utmost care for your home. After listening to my client's requests, likes, vision, and budget, if needed, I create Pinterest visual boards so we may communicate clearly, know we are on the same wavelength, collaborate as needed, for design visions, new options or help narrow the direction of style or design solutions through the use of these visual aids. I introduce my clients to a multitude of local resources as well. Budgeting is part of a successful completed project. I am masterful at listening, finding and implementing the 'look' you envision within your budget! With the use of my new Ivy Software, a progressive design proposal, and invoicing system, budgeting, staying within budget and knowing what remains to be paid all happens seamlessly via email where you pay for services, and products weekly, as we execute the project progressively.
