- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer 8-month or 12-month payment plans for your lawn care service. The price for the mows, treatments, and extras for the whole year are averaged and paid monthly. Customers love the payment plan as it makes budgeting a breeze; each month the same fee is charged so you don't get hit with a huge bill in the summer when your lawn is getting mowed 4-5 times/month.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Our weekly mows and 5-step organic treatment plan are part of the basic package for most of our customers. However, we also offer soil testing, aeration, spring/fall clean-ups, overseeding, compost application, and weeding
