Jeanne and her crew of amazing ladies did such an amazing job on my hair and makeup, as well as all of my bridesmaids hair and makeup! We were all beyond pleased with how we looked for my wedding day thanks to Jeanne and her girls! We also had such a blast with them through the getting ready process! She was so awkward and unprofessional with conversation, very very strange and talked a lot about religion, conspiracy theories about Alexa, politics and stories about a bunch of celebrities she claims to have done hair for. She used that conair automatic curling thing that's for people who can't curl hair. The outcome of my hair and makeup was average I would say. Not really professional quality or what I wanted, but it was ok. I wouldn't recommend her or use her again at the end of the day. The one positive is that she was very accommodating to me needing to change my appointment date. But she also took phone calls in the middle of my appointment, making me run late. I wasn't going to leave a review, but she keeps emailing, messaging and calling me asking me for a review so .... lol, here it is! Hope she will leave me alone now.

wow The conversation it was strange to you? I am never ashamed to talk about my Jesus. , And I did talk about my Alexa as she stops in the middle of a song because she is an AI, and yes I do claim to have done Many celebrities as I lived 10 years on the island of Maui. my Conair{ automatic curling thing} is a professional tool and most people cannot use it that are not professional. That item was on the market for four years before the public could use it because of the complication of the tool. When you left my salon you said everything was fine. I took phone call because my daugther was very sick. I do right by all my clients and my reviews show it. And when it comes to what I did for you I have nothing to be ashamed of. Yours two star review is not a reflection of who I am and what I did for you Just because you think I'm awkward.

Working with scheduling/billing/organization was somewhat challenging. It felt like there was constantly confusion about what I had asked for etc. with phone calls always having lots of noise in the background. However, this was worth the difficulty because my hair stylist Victoria was amazing! she did my hair and my mom & mother in laws hair for my wedding. She was very professional, fun, and did an awesome job.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is very fair, and I do amazing work for hair and makeup .Lashes and a lipstick are all included with all makeup services. Mother's of the bride and Mother's of the groom is all free.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Holding the day is the 1st step and this should be done about six months before the wedding , after a deposit is made of $250.00. which goes toward the cost, the bride can book in her pre trials and about 1/2 of the cost is due one month before the wedding,and the balance is due a week before the wedding. The bride should bring in her vail or what is going in hair hair for the wedding day. At this time the stylist and the bride will talk in more detail to the time line and how may people are confirmed to be in the wedding party, details of hair and makeup style will be noted so the hair and makeup service will run smoothly on the day of the wedding. the stylist will have other helpers if needed on the wedding day.

I graduated in Mansfield Beauty Academy in Portland Maine.
