Introduction: I have been a personal trainer for over 15 years. I use a wide variety of training techniques with an emphasis on strength, flexibility and core stability.
I also work with cancer patients in all stages of recovery and have developed many programs in hospitals and gyms to help people with cancer to "stay strong."
I have a bodybuilding background as well, which has given me great insight into discipline and going beyond what you think you can do.
I am certified NSPA and Cancer Exercise Specialist certified and I continue to constantly learn and grow in the fitness industry.
