We were planning a wedding/New Year's Eve celebration with family in Asheville. Betsabe showed up on time at our house on the 31st. And that's when things got crazy! Roads started icing up and vehicles were stranded, sliding and crashing everywhere. My rest of my family, who were supposed to arrive in an hour, couldn't make it. A car company we hired to take us to our venue deemed the roads too dangerous to drive. Cancellations were happening left and right. Betsabe's husband was stuck on the road as well. Nonetheless, she was a rockstar and a professional through and through. We took some amazing photos just around the house, joking around and generally making light of the situation. Loved her ideas to use sparklers and string lights. Also looooved the photos she took with an Instax, which she gave me to keep that night. A few hours later, Betsabe's husband arrived to the rescue -- insane because our house is on steep hill and no other cars had made it up for hours. At that point, we decided what the hell, change wardrobe and do an impromptu shoot on the dining room table! Betsabe and Joey were absolutely the nicest people ever, and, despite plans not working out, made the very best and most fun of the situation. I would throw a fancy party just as an excuse to work with them again. Give these two more business, stat!

Betsabe was amazing! She came on time, and was very sweet and responsive. She captured my big day in beautiful clips. She was great to work with, and was respectful to my privacy.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work around our couples budgets and what they typically need on their wedding day. We have 3 set base packages but customers can also build their own.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once they want to hire us we send them a contract for them to sign and send back, we do ask for a deposit to secure their day and we make sure we answer any questions they have. We also check in once in a while to make sure they have everything they need.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelors Degree on Visual Effects and Digital Video
