- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing system is normally easy until you have massing A/C units in attic. When attic is older and easy accessible we give nice discounts. With newer complex attics there is a slightly higher charge as it takes us longer and can use more materials.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My supplier gives me updates as he did our job before becoming the supplier.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I owned a lighting and energy consulting firm in Los Angeles for 25 years. After we moved to Asheville I lost income for over 3 years and needed to improve my living conditions without learning a new career. I knew about this over 10 years ago.
