As is the case these days, web sites are a key component to how our potential clients learn about us. For good or ill, they create a first impression. I run an eye care practice and have worked with Integritive for well over 5 years. During that time, they have been professional, efficient and deliver on what they promise. We've recently done an entire web site redesign, and the team at Integritive did an amazing job modernizing our look and content. We now get compliments on our site regularly, and are on the first page of google searches! This has resulted in establishing a higher level of trust before our patients enter our front door and I feel our site is now aligned with our organization's brand. Doug, Garnet and the team at Integritive were a great fit with my client, Lawn-N-Order Landscaping. Other website companies I interviewed gave me quotes over the phone and through email but Doug requested a one on one meeting. I hesitated at first because of the extra time it took but it was worth it. I got to see the team at work and the presentation up close. His discussion with me on what Ryan (Lawn-N-Order Landscaping) wanted gave me an indication on how detailed they would be with the process and how seriously they took the job. I appreciated that and the professionalism shown along the way from the actual proposal to the training provided. We submitted all the content, photos and met with them initially to discuss Ryan's vision. They took what we submitted and transformed into a masterpiece of online presence we can be proud of! The communication between the team leader, Garnet and me was seamless. Garnet provided quick responses to my emails and questions. She even sent a recorded 'how to' video I could refer to later for instruction in adding to the website. I wouldn't hesitate to take another client to Integritive for website design. Doug's team is attentive to the end of the project!

Following the work Integritive did on a previous website for a non-profit volunteer organization, I signed on with Integritive to relaunch my company website. My company is an asset manager which is regulated as a Registered Investment Advisor. We had a very tight turnaround (only 4 weeks) and wanted a complete overhaul of our existing website. My experience with Integritive has been above and beyond what I thought I could expect when creating a website for my business. From the moment I walked in the door, the Integritive team exceeded my expectations.Doug introduced me to the creation process and quickly showed me how their product surpassed others I was considering in every category. Integritive was more costly than the others I was considering but the product comparison was nothing less than apples to oranges-golden apples as a matter of fact. The Integritive product appeared on the screen more quickly, was easier to read when accessing on the phone, had a well balanced and pleasingly artistic appearance-and I could go on and on.Mark tirelessly assisted me with the creative process. My expertise is in the area of creating beautiful landscapes but, thanks to Mark, I can now use my computer to create a beautiful and functional website (which I can also edit!) to expose my community to the wide variety of my services which I could do in most other forms of advertising.The composition of my site surpassed my most optimistic of expectations and I am proud to have my name associated with the appearance of the final product.
