I contacted Maltry’s handy Services from a flyer he had personally delivered to my door, at 7:00 at night. I had an emergency. A tree fell and hit the corner of my roof, he came out, and put a tarp over it that night to prevent further damage. Then sent me over an estimate for repair. The estimate process was super simple and painless. I approved it via email and, that next morning he was right to work and had it fixed in a few hours. He was extremely friendly, and professional. When he got done he carried away the mess. My roof was fixed!

I hired this company to repair my flooring. I received their estimate and they confirmed on a date. I gave them boxes of flooring to hold onto that way it would be convenient to bring to the job several days later. They did not show up on the day of the job. I was told to reschedule and new day was set. That day was a no show as well. No call, no email. My flooring is now stolen. I'm trying to email and call the contractor and the business manager but Noone is responding. I am now out my flooring and days wasted to repair my flooring. I even offered to pick up my flooring but noone responds to my emails, voicemails, calls.
I can't believe I've been robbed by this company.
PLEASE be careful when hiring this company! It's a son and father team and their manager is perhaps another relative.
