- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Standard pricing is $85 an hour for handyman services with a two hour minimum. We are fully licensed and insured and can provide verifiable references upon request.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to schedule an appointment to look at the project before giving a final estimate. We can give an initial estimate but please be aware that we need to look at the project to give as accurate of an estimate as possible however the estimate can change. Many unknown variables exist with projects and repairs. Every effort is made to account for it and viewing the project is vital to the process.

Associates in Science Pre-Engineering, 33 years experience in building, remodeling, and repairing homes.
