Fred met with me on just a few days notice. We met at the property, he looked it over and was done in just a few minutes. We then had a follow up in which he talked about the available options and programs that his company had to offer. Paramount Realty Solutions really does try to provide a solution, not just a cookie cutter approach, to rental property and investment real estate. I'd recommend them to anyone in Wake County looking to truly maximize their rental potential.

    To whom it may concern! I had the very good fortune of first coming in contact with Colleen Cox numerous years ago while searching for a professional, responsive and ethical property management company in the Raleigh / Durham / Wake Forest area. At the time I was living in Orlando but had lived in the triangle area for over a dozen years and had the misfortune of having to deal with very unscrupulous, dishonest and unethical property managers and Real Estate agents non-stop for over a decade. In fact, in 1990 I won a national landmark lawsuit against a combination of the aforementioned. So it was with great anxiety from extensive personal experience that I began searching for a property management firm in the Raleigh / Durham / Wake Forest area. I worked my way through the directory leaving messages until I got to Colleen answered the phone on the first or second ring and what proceeded was the most professional and confidence building and inspiring business related phone call I had ever had. Period. After the conversation and several others in which she was equally responsive in her communication, I truly felt like I had found someone who I could completely trust and that gave me tremendous peace of mind. Incidentally many of the other firms never called me back - even after leaving several messages. Since then Colleen Cox has never, ever let me down, in any way. She rates a perfect 100 on a 10 point scale in all of the relevant categories. Communication, Professionalism, Expertise, Contacts, Anticipating and Solving problems, etc., etc. Colleen Cox has been the shining star that restored my faith and sanity! If you were to rate all of the firms in the Triangle area Colleen Cox would be in a class by herself! My only regret is that I did not meet her 10 years earlier.Working with Colleen would have saved me enormous amounts of time, money, anxiety and frustration. So please, benefit from my over 20 years of experience in the market. I could go on and on but your time is valuable - so don't waste it! You have found the true professional.
