Mr. Smith fixed our washer within 30 minutes. He knew exactly was was wrong and fixed it. Very nice and professional and we will call him again for any appliance repairs. Reasonable and experienced. Would recommend highly to anyone.

Mr. Smith was great! I was having an issue with my refrigerator making a loud sound. He told me what the problem was & that a part needed to be replaced. He ordered the part & called me to let me know the part came in & he would be back the next day to complete the job. He remembered that I have an infant & called to let me know that he would be arriving in 10 mins and was there anything that he needed to do so he would not disturb my sleeping infant. I will definitely call him again if I have any other appliance issues.

Truly an excellent experience! Contacted almost immediately and set up time the same day to review the issue. Arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem, scheduled a time the next day to replace the part, and returned at the scheduled time to make the repair. Could not be happier with the professional attitude and excellent work. Would strongly recommend to anyone who needs great service at a fair price.
