Max price one will pay for polyaspartic flake=$6 per SF, Max price for polished concrete =$4 per SF. Prices vary lower with condition of concrete. For example, brand new concrete=$5.40 per SF for polyaspartic flake. 15 year warranty, all crack repair under 1/8" included and oil stain removal of up to 10 SF included in price.
