- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to keep my prices as low as possible, this is difficult in our current economy. We are competitive due to the size of our company.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer contacts me by phone or text, we determine the best time for the customer, I do no work unless approved by customer, work will be completed on same day. Payment due on completion.
