I do everything possible so that my clients are totally satisfied and if something does not fit me perfectly, I let them know that the second one will be better.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I watched 12 videos on how to clean one and also how to train new people and a 100-question exam
How did you get started doing this type of work?
A friend told me about the job that it was good. At first I was not interested in cleaning, but as I was learning I liked it. I really love my job and more when a client tells me I loved how my house turned out.
