We recently hired this cleaning service for a standard house cleaning and carpet cleaning, with a total charge of $475. Unfortunately, our experience was underwhelming. The quality of the house cleaning was just average basic areas were cleaned, but several spots were missed, and the level of detail did not match the premium price we paid. The carpet cleaning was decent but not exceptional enough to justify the cost. What was more disappointing was the poor communication. It was difficult to get timely responses, and there was a noticeable lack of professionalism in handling questions or schedule coordination. For the price point, we expected a much higher standard of service and responsiveness. Would recommend exploring other options unless their service quality improves significantly.
