We had a difficult exterior painting job on older cedar siding. The worst of the siding was replaced and the remaining was scraped, sanded, and primed. Then all all areas received two coats of Sherwin Williams paint. All was done per my expectations including clean up. Would recommend M&L Design. Only negative was that an illegal was used on the first day and I said it was not acceptable for this job.

Y’all do not hesitate to hire Joel! If you have a choice between him and other painters, pick him. Joel is a personable professional; he was super responsive, coming out quickly and on time to provide an estimate. Once I hired him, he again came out ON TIME to start the job. He was happy to provide recommendations for potential future projects and work was completed on time all for a reasonable cost. Again, if you are looking to hire an excellent painter, contract with M&L Design. I will definitely be using him in the future for painting and pressure washing.

They pressure washed our house, which is more than 40 years old and has never been pressure washed. It looks amazing! They took great care to not damage anything, and now the house looks so much cleaner. It’s amazing how clear the windows are now, and the brick and siding are much improved. Communication was excellent, and punctuality. I highly recommend this company!

Amazing job on my house they painted all of inside and did a perfect job with keeping things in check, and being really careful not getting any other paint on anything I didn't want painted loved the color of the paint my house looked beautiful now 10/10 I would reccomend
