We talked to a lot of contractors before we chose Crawlspace Rehab to work on our foundation. We got a structural engineer to take a look first. Some wanted to make the scope of work so big and unaffordable that we would need a second mortgage. One contractor told us we didn't need to do anything at all. Another one completely ignored the engineer's report and never went into the crawlspace to look, but said he would do something totally different than the reccomendations and spit out a quote. Meanwhile our house continued to crumble.
Crawlspace Rehab took all that info, did a thorough inspection, and came up with a good plan to secure the foundation, replace damaged beams and joists, and level the house.
No more rollercoaster in the hallway! No more unsettling sounds of our house slowly falling apart! No more (treated) termite damaged wood left in our support system!
Brennon and his team did an amazing job in a very tight space. They made it affordable and didn't go overboard adding more to the project than was necessary. They are courteous, professional, easy to work with. And they didn't shy away from a challenging project in a challenging (lack of) space.

Brannon did a great job sealing my crawl space and installing a dedicated de-humidifier. He also sealed the foundation in a few problem areas and installed additional drainage. He even located and repaired a gutter drain in the yard that had been blocked with roots. I will definitely call him after it dries up under the house to fix the settling.
