Communication was horrible. At one point agreed 6 pm would be good. 6pm came and no show. No communication. Then at 9pm a ring at the door. He asked if I wanted it done now. Not at 9pm! Said will take an estimate. Asked if wanted a deep cleaning or standard. Said just removal of leaves and branches. Then says $300. I said, okay will think about it. Then drops price to $200. I said I'm still not going to make a decision right now. Then says I'll give you a deep clean, you'll really like, for $150. I said look its 9pm, and I am not making a decision right now. He said he would send me something and let me think about it. Let me say, I have thought about it, and will not be having you come back ever!!
