About Rob Rob holds a Bachelor of Music from Berklee College of Music in Boston. He has performed across the United States, Canada, and Europe with top performing artists Henri Mancini, Carmen and Camille, Harry Kim, Bob Mintzer, George Garzone, The U.S Army Jazz Guardians, Grammy Awards performance, and Dave Liebman. These experiences have given Rob the tools to teach the next generation of drum and percussion students. Rob has been teaching for 30 years and has over 3,000 hours of Online Drum Lesson experience that has developed an authentic and time-tested virtual learning method. His Teaching studio has education software, three drum sets, and six camera angles with excellent studio-quality sound. Rob teaches the foundations needed to be a successful student, and each lesson will be carefully crafted to meet each student's learning style. “Music is the storybook of our lives, and I look forward to helping you achieve your musical goals.” Lesson Topics: Drum Rudiments, Drum Transcriptions, Reading, Drum set Grooves and exercises, coordination, and beginner Jazz studies. I’ve had a wonderful experience learning with Rob. I didn’t think learning drums in a remote setting would work but it has been really fruitful. Rob is patient and answers all your questions during and after the lesson. It’s been a great learning experience with him!

Rob is awesome and works with you to improve and cares about your improvement. He has a ton of cameras covering his kits on different angles so it’s like he is really there. He corrects the small things that you may need to improve that usually would be hard to notice virtually. He has a great feel for the drums and you can tell how much he loves teaching! Can’t thank him enough for the improvement I see in so many aspects of my playing. He is a huge fan of so many genres, you’re sure to find what you need in Rob’s toolkit.

This guy knows what he is doing. If you are like me i can play the drums but I play with improper technique. This guy breaks you down to the basics and shows you how to play the right ways. Definitely for drums that want to get better.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a free 1/2 hour consultation to learn about the students ability and interests. After the initial meeting we will book lesson in either 1/2 hour or hour sessions. $20 per half hour and $40 per hour. All lesson material will be free to download from our website or during lessons.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our lessons are developed for each individual student with an achievable goal in mind. Lessons will be challenging and fun.
