Came out same day within a few hours of my request. Best of all didn’t charge a service fee. Turns out the refrigerator needed the compressor replace and it wasn’t worth it considering the cost. other places we’re going to charge me $50-$100 just to come out and tell me the same thing. You don’t get this kind of service these days. Everyone wants to charge you doing nothing. I didn’t get a chance to use his professional skills to fix the issue but the next time one of my appliances needs work. I’m definitely going call him again! That’s how you earn business.

Fred responded immediately to my request for service. The service call was free and the labor rate was fair. He definitely is very familiar with most household appliances and is trustworthy and professional. He also warranties his work. We learned a lot about dishwashers just by watching him today. He even cleaned up the area after he finished the repair. We will definitely use him again in the future and send referrals his way.

We call or text each customer to find out their needs and once we've acquired all the information we need we can schedule a service call for the job.
