Great company - they immediately responded to my request for service- Abbas was patient with me changing my appointment twice- and when he arrived he offered the least expensive way to solve our problem. He could have told me I needed a new ice maker and charged a lot when all I needed was to let the water line thaw. Highly recommend!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a standard base fee of $59 for a service call and in case or repair, maintenance or installation the fee is waived and a total job cost is provided.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We call or text each customer to find out their needs and once we've acquired all the information we need we can schedule a service call for the job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All our technicians are trained in the field and have at least 1+ year of work. experience in the appliance service, maintenance, and installation.
