Pricing depends on scope. Free estimates after a quick call, text exchange, or site visit. Flat-rate for clearly defined jobs (EV chargers, outlet installs, fixture swaps, panel work); hourly for diagnostics or open-ended work. $99 service charge for the RDU greater area. Price is confirmed in writing before any work starts. Discounts available for veterans, seniors, and repeat customers.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I get a clear picture of the job — usually a call or texted photos so I can scope the work properly. For larger jobs I'll do a site visit to verify conditions and finalize the estimate. Once we agree on scope and price I schedule the work, pull permits if required, complete the job to NC code, and walk you through the finished work before I leave. Payment due on completion.
